Saw one of your guitars, never knew of your company until recently. Went to Eastwood site Was offered discount code. After a day decided to buy a guitar. Put in cart, code refused. Cant reach anyone by phone or chat. Left messages. Did search for owner as I read he is an honorable and good guy. Found your site here.

I have Gibson, Fender USA made guitars plus some cheap asian stuff, never spent over $500 for a non USA made guitars. Found the Rockerbox with Ebony fingerboard on sale. I hate maple fingerboards. Decided to go for it with the discount offered. Neither code will work. From this site or Eastwood site. I gave you something of value for my email, something valuable to business, something you can sell. You are now subsequently denying me the use of the offered enticement. This is neither fair nor right. It may also not be legal in interstate commerce.

You have a chance to salvage this and make me a customer for a lifetime.

You also have the opportunity to have this become a PR nightmare.

I have screenshot photos of the offered discounts and they do not have any conditionals on them. That leaves me several options. Buy at YOUR price without discount and seek a refund through small claims. Or file a FTC complaint for false advertising. I am retired with limited funds but a LOT of time on my hands. Examine the attached screen shot. There is no ambiguity in the offer.

Another option is to purchase and put a hold on funds with my credit card and have them negotiate with you based on the fraudulent discount codes.

I am really pissed off at this point. I though hard for 2 days on your offer and when I did decide to purchase and use the offered discount you rejected it. Not a good introduction to doing business with you. That is bait and switch. That is probably also fraud since I gave you something of value in exchange for the offered discount that was refused when I attempted to use it as offered.

I will see if you are an honorable company. I have heard Mr. Robinson is a good and honest guy. Lets see if that reputation is deserved.

I too can post YOUTUBE videos. Would you like one of a happy new guitar owner playing his Backlund or an angry rant with screen shots that pop up with a search for your company name? Then there is FB, Twitter and the rest of the web. There are also federal agencies since this is interstate commerce.

Don't make offers you won't honor. Only scum behave that way.

Great New Book:

Electric Guitar Sound Secrets and Technology
second edition , totally revised

How do electric guitars actually work? Almost no one really knows the technical
background. This book answers many questions simply, in an easily-understandable
manner. For the interested musician it unveils, in a simple and well-grounded way,
what have, until now, been regarded as manufacturer secrets. The examination
explores deep within the guitar, including pickups and electrical environment, so that guitar electronics are no longer considered highly secret. With a few deft interventions, many instruments can be rendered more versatile and made to sound a lot better – in the most cost-effective manner. The author is an experienced electronics professional and active musician. He has thoroughly tested everything described here, in practice.

Hello,
I have been researching extensively to try and find more information on the amp I just found in auction. It has the Jackson Pollock Tweed style like the Starlite series but it seems to have been made in 1959 judging by the Jensen 12" Alnico concert bluebell speakers and the tubes being coded in 1959. But it's a Magnasonic, not Magnatone. From my research I I am lead to believe these were at least partially assembled in japan possibly in conjunction with the ACA? Since it is 1959 and there were a lot of changes in the company it's hard to get clear information. But it seems to be before Univox got involved but after the tremelo circuits were added. It has 2 channels, normal and bright for each, 3 12ax7's , 2 6V6'S and one 5Y3. I cannot seem to find this amp or any amp circuitry that is like it other than an Ampeg model. The Model # on the tag is #15 which also seems very rare. If you think you have any ideas on this or if you can direct me to someone who might it would be very much appreciated.
