I have an old electolab amp I found in an atic of a very old house. I plugged it in and nothing happened. It has a cool sweaty look to it. Are these amps worth anything? Are all the parts replaceable?
Im not a guitar player, but I know guitar players love these old tube amps.

Greetings, a friend gave me a 1968 Electro Lab Model R204D Tube amp because he didn't want it anymore..It has one blown 50c5 tube but the other 3 glow and it makes a loud hum when the vol is turned up aka blown tube...I looked up the model and its a rare breed so to speak...Original everything except the RCA tubes....Anybody out there have or had one of these Electro Lab amps... It is a 1968 according to him..The grill cloth is pretty "hip"..Going to buy a replacement tube for 11 bucks and give it a whirl...Might be interested in selling it to a new home after I see if the blown tube is the problem....
